How to brew it?

This recipe uses 60 g. Prices per cup are worked out at 15 g for every coffee, so they compare.
- Use 60 g of coffee to a litre of water.
- Level the bed in the basket before you start it.
- Take the jug off the hotplate once it has finished.
It is ground for this brewer already. If it runs through too fast, use a little more coffee rather than reaching for a finer grind.
The machine heats its own water, so the temperature is not yours to set.
80:20 coffee and chicory. It brews darker and faster than coffee alone, so pull it a touch short.
