How to brew it?

A Natural coffee gives its fruit up early and its ferment late.
This recipe uses 55 g. Prices per cup are worked out at 15 g for every coffee, so they compare.
- Fill the basket level and assemble the pot.
- Bring it up gently and keep it barely perking.
- Take it off after seven to ten minutes.
It is ground for this brewer already. If it runs through too fast, use a little more coffee rather than reaching for a finer grind.
A percolator boils by construction, so the temperature is not yours to set.
80:20 coffee and chicory. It brews darker and faster than coffee alone, so pull it a touch short.
