Robusta dissolves faster than arabica and gets bitter sooner. A Natural coffee gives its fruit up early and its ferment late.

This recipe uses 100 g. Prices per cup are worked out at 15 g for every coffee, so they compare.

1. Stir the coffee into cold water until none of it is floating dry.
2. Cover it and leave it in the fridge overnight.
3. Strain it through a paper filter.
4. Dilute it about half and half before drinking.

It is ground for this brewer already. If it runs through too fast, use a little more coffee rather than reaching for a finer grind.

Cold brew uses water straight from the tap. Nothing is heated.

80:20 coffee and chicory. It brews darker and faster than coffee alone, so pull it a touch short.

Robusta is what a South Indian filter is built on. It carries the body and the kick, and it is meant to taste like this.

Roasted 6 days ago, which is about as good as it gets.
